The Weather : The weather is generally very mild and dry ranging from 30 degrees to 70 degrees. Toward the end of the season winter weather attire is recommended including insulated boots and warm clothing to be worn in layers. The days start out cool but end up warm.
Trap: Trap shooting is available upon request at the lodge site.
Dogs: We have well trained dogs available. Guest dogs are also welcome if they are will trained to handle heavy bird population and scent. Accommodations are available for dogs.
Guns & Shells : 12 and 20 gauge guns are most common. For you convenience we do stock shells for 12 and 20 gages at a reasonable cost.
Safety is Number One: During the hunt it is required that each hunter wear an orange hat and safety glasses. It is also recommended that each hunter bring an additional article of orange clothing. This is also another way to increase everyone's safety. Hunting vests are popular among most of the hunters. Rules apply to both walkers and blockers.
Gear:

• Hard side locking gun case (required on all commercial flights)
• Hunting pants, boots and socks.
• Hunting Jacket - dress in layers
• Gloves/warm gloves for late-season hunting.
